Just wanted to update you on my progress with EFT. It has now been 3 weeks since my very first encounter with EFT, that was our brief conversation over the phone. That particular morning I was on the couch with a migraine. You asked if you could do a treatment over the phone and I figured I had nothing to lose, I couldn't possibly feel any worse. You explained the tapping points to me and I followed your directions as best as possible, much to my amazement, the migraine was gone in less than 10 minutes and I can honestly say I haven't had a headache since.

Since then I've seen you a few times and we have worked away on issues that have been bothering me for sometime, some I didn't even know were there. After only a couple of sessions with you, I noticed a significant change in my aches and pains.....my back pain has almost diminished, even my arithritis pain has improved tremendously. EFT is an amazing tool in pain control, all natural....no drugs, the way I prefer to treat things when possible.

I'm so glad EFT has entered my life, the quality of my life has improved immensely.....I have more energy and I can honestly say for the first time in a very long time that I am happy, people have noticed and commented on it.

I recently had a doctors appointment, a follow up because I seemed to be having some high blood pressure issues. That day, after only 2 sessions of EFT, my blood pressure was down to normal. I explained to my family physican what I was doing, he was quite interested. I showed him the brochure and he absolutely approved of EFT.

April 21, 2008 (day 25 of weight loss program)

Just wanted to update you on my EFT weight loss program. As of this morning, I'm 17lbs healthier.

I can't believe how easy this program is. I say my ultimate truth statement 5 times per day along with the tapping as suggested. EFT has greatly reduced my cravings for sweets, and also reduced my appetite greatly. I'm able to listen to my body when I'm eating and it lets me know when I'm full......I'm not eating to fill my emotions anymore, I eat to nourish my body. What's great is that I eat all the foods my family eats, and I still allow myself treats. I have found that I am eating much healthier, especially since I don't require the sweets to fill that emptiness that was there. I also really enjoy my water.

My energy level has increased tremendously.....my walks have become something I look forward to everyday. I am able to increase the distance on a regular basis, as it doesn't take as long to do the distance I started out with. I feel so much healthier and I'm a much happier person. What's really great is when your husband notices! I've even had a few friends notice in the last couple days and give me compliments. I'm so proud of my accomplishments.

The other day I was at the doctors office and had my blood pressure checked, it is now normal, after months of high blood pressure. The doctor was extremely pleased with my progress and told me to continue with what I was doing.....no drugs, just the EFT weight loss program.

I highly recommend the EFT weight loss program to anyone struggling with their weight. It really works!! :) You can still enjoy the foods you like. Best of all no drugs or supplements to take.

Now my update, have changed my weigh in date to coincide with the date I started the EFT weight loss journey.....6 weeks today...25 pounds healthier, more than half way there! I'm so proud of myself. So many thanks to you and EFT.....best program I've ever used.
